How do you complete this Microsoft/Bing Rewards search for 10 points?:

UPDATE: Microsoft/Bing seem to have finally fixed this. I typed in 'illness' or 'illness symptoms' on the Edge mobile app and it completed, but I think it'll work anywhere using Bing now, with any relevant phrase or word.

It took them exactly 3 months to fix, whilst they continued to use it broken several times.

Feeling symptoms?

Search on Bing for any health

conditions or diseases to learn more

about the symptoms.

Learn today >

On Bing I have searched for symptoms, like dizziness and itchiness, etc, and diseases including leprosy to green monkey disease, plus, "Symptoms of Covid", etc.

I never get it to complete, be ticked off, and give me the points!

Broken or requires a very specific phrase.

NB: I think this is a UK-only problem. Anyone saying they completed it with a Bing search for a certain symptom or illness is probably not in the UK.

Bing | Microsoft Rewards
Bing | Microsoft Rewards

A program that grants points for using Bing search, which users can redeem for gift cards, sweepstakes entries, or charitable donations.

i think microsoft make the odd question 'broken' for a day or so to increase searches, after many attempts on laptop and mobile I just completed it by answering, "coughing a lot what is this a symptom of", hope this helps.

ps microsoft are restricting my searches to 4 every 15min, how do I get them to return my account to normal?

I wouldn't bother making a ticket as I did and I sent them a bunch of info, screenshots, videos of it not working and they accused me of using a program for something lol I still don't even know what that means but I sent an email to the CEO of Microsoft because I was furious with the way they handled it and some representative sent me an email and opened a case. Basically it all boiled down to them saying it isn't working and I quit caring. The rep sent me an email saying if it happened again to contact someone, I did a week later and got nothing back. In short, don't waste your time with it because it results in 0 being done. This email for the CEO is online but I can't post it here. P.S. I am in the UK.
