Microsoft Rewards not giving points for PC search or Edge Bonus as advertised.

I cleared cache, reset default, updated, on/off, log in/out, points not showing up 24-hrs later, no response from Microsoft Support for 10+ days after multiple attempts. Microsoft Support recognize(d) first ticket but won't respond to first ticket. Given the above information, what is the best way to solve this puzzle? A 365 Subscriber and Outlook user for decades. No X-Box.

    I've never had problems earning points with bing searches on mobile and desktop until Microsoft started slashing point values for completing tasks. It seems pretty clear they are doing everything in their power to eliminate to stop people from earning points aside from just stopping the rewards system entirely. If you have a stockpile of points, it might be a good time to use them.

    I stopped getting points completely for daily Bing searches yesterday.It fully stopped working today.I got a handful yesterday through out the the day but it wouldn't count them all and i ended up losing my daily streak.I tried getting points on my laptop,phone and xbox nothing worked.I've tried getting a hold of support but never got an email back from them.I remember having major issues with them last year around this time not working properly as well.

    Might be switching to Chrome out of spite

    Yep, looks like I'll be going back to Chrome as well. Bing has always underwhelmed me with its lacklustre search results anyway, and Edge is full of excess toolbars and pointless features, like the unwished-for tab grouping thing and the desperately slow and largely unhelpful Chat interface that tells me information I will have just learned from scanning the other search results that appeared while waiting for Chat to laboriously teletype its answer out one character at a time.

    I'm not going to waste my time chasing one-point items to make Edge's browser market-share look better. Either make MS Rewards worthwhile, or scrap it, but at least have the decency to let us in on your plans, Microsoft.
