I cleared cache, reset default, updated, on/off, log in/out, points not showing up 24-hrs later, no response from Microsoft Support for 10+ days after multiple attempts. Microsoft Support recognize(d) first ticket but won't respond to first ticket. Given the above information, what is the best way to solve this puzzle? A 365 Subscriber and Outlook user for decades. No X-Box.

I agree, it was fun and full of information
But now a complete frustration! To. Many hoops and back and forth, gaining nothing but lost time.
A disappointment for those who have been participating for years.

Yeah as everyone has been saying they've cut back the earnable points to near zero so I'm done with Bing- trashed their edge browser and likely will discontinue searching altogether. Point earnings for everything have dropped from 10 to 1 or 2. Searches are reportedly limited to 3 every 15 minutes so instead of enough points for 5$ gift card exactly every 2 weeks it will now take months if not years. Desktop searches don't seem time limited the same way but still do not register if done too quickly.
Basically it's become impossible to earn anything in any reasonable amount of time so I suggest moving on
Time to go back and make Google the default search engine and map.
I'm hoping they're just cleaning things up to get set for December; I did my points today and while they did originally register my 90/60 search for my searches, earlier this afternoon it now shows 0 each, but I know the points are still there.
I also noticed that puzzle pieces may be starting to move again shortly, and got a daily bump from 5 to 9 points, but while it said I did the 3/3 searches, I didn't see those points added to my account. I checked this with two other of my accounts and saw the same thing....
I feel you switch Zune for duo and I've felt the pain of Microsoft giving up on products had and loved Zune, Microsoft Band, and Windows Phone you get used to it but still sucks.
