I cleared cache, reset default, updated, on/off, log in/out, points not showing up 24-hrs later, no response from Microsoft Support for 10+ days after multiple attempts. Microsoft Support recognize(d) first ticket but won't respond to first ticket. Given the above information, what is the best way to solve this puzzle? A 365 Subscriber and Outlook user for decades. No X-Box.

So it would seem that you now only search once every 7 seconds and 3 times in 15 minutes. When I contacted support they told me to stop using a bot. I don't. They didn't care to discuss but, wanted 5 stars for their response!
With these parameters, or any like them, it would seem to me that using a bot is promoted. I am not a skilled programmer but, this would seem to be very easy and the only way to build my charitable contribution as I donate my points.
When I search it is usually more than 3 sites in 15 minutes and going through concatinated searches, which is not uncommon when figuring how to ask, is often less than 7 seconds between searches.
Just shut it down, that is cheap and easy.

You sure right about that Microsoft has gotten so cheap. I should be grandfathered in because I’ve been doing it for a long time and they’re just trying to make you go longer a lot longer to get the points that you deserve. Most of Microsoft support is not in the United States so they’re cheap on that too. Not supporting the USA. Come on Microsoft get your act together.
