Why I can't redeem Robux in Microsoft rewards

The Robux is in stock in Microsoft rewards. But every time when I tried to redeem with Microsoft Rewards, but it always showed "There’s an issue with your account or order".
What happen?

2023-12-11T21:23:26+00:00 I contacted the rewards team and they said it was because of the rewards being out of stock. That was a month or two ago yet they are still on the website. Then there's the fact everyone else on the thread is going through this and has been for the last few months. I have a feeling it's a problem on the website so if you can, please look into it or contact the ones managing the rewards on the website. Many Thanks.

2023-11-26T18:44:49+00:00 Every time I try to claim Robux it takes me to the page where you click "CONFIRM REWARD" but every time I click the "CONFIRM REWARD" button nothing happens!!

2023-11-25T10:34:09+00:00 I am facing a similar issue.
For me, when i am trying to redeem my robux from microsoft rewards, its telling me to verify either using SMS or Call method to receive a code but it says i dont have a number added and when i try to add a number, it says "Try another verification method That verification method isn't working right now. Please try another method." I even changed the code receiving settings to a alternate email of mine but there is still no option to verify using email on the verification page.
