Why I can't redeem Robux in Microsoft rewards

i have sort of the same problem with redeeming it but my one just wont send the verification email.

The Robux is in stock in Microsoft rewards. But every time when I tried to redeem with Microsoft Rewards, but it always showed "There’s an issue with your account or order".

What happen?

I can redeem it but it doesn't give me the robux

So, my situation seems to be slightly different than many mentioned here, but still along the same line of discrepancy. So, I've tried redeeming a 100 and 200 Robux code from the Rewards page, and when I hit confirm order it went through and told me to check for a receipt in my primary email. This was way over the recommended 48 hour wait limit, and yet, I still don't have a receipt for EITHER OF THEM, plus when I check my order history, there's nothing in regards to those transactions. Account and contact info is verified, so there's no problems in that regard, I've never left my country, modified my connection or enabled a VPN in my life. Plus, I've redeemed Robux from Microsoft Rewards in the past, so there's absolutely no reason for this problem to persist. The fact that it has been an ongoing issue for over a year now is ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS. I don't know if I can forgive Microsoft for this. You'd think having a lower playerbase than it's competitors would mean faster response times, but that's simply not the case. Truly despicable...

its really because as there are thousands or millions of people using microsoft rewards that if your an person who is using it today its likely that the codes for robux will be gone and so they are making new ones

I'm on my mobile phone so when I try to redeem it but I don't have a phone number connected I try to get a code from my gmail account but no code is coming up
