What do I need to do to fix this??

I can't find any topics or helpful articles about this happening...

    I am having sufficient Microsoft reward balance to redeem giftcard but it always shows me a message that is Microsoft have temporarily restricted my Microsoft account and I have messaged Microsoft support many times but they didn't replied back . 🥲

    That's what had happened to me, I 'm pretty sure you can wait til a few hours or days, they'll reply probably at that time. If you spammed the Bing Search bar for reward points, it might get your account temp locked. That's what happened to me. 😅
