What do I need to do to fix this??

I can't find any topics or helpful articles about this happening...

    I keep getting this error message

    Your account is restricted at present as your recent activity is indicative of a potential breach of the Microsoft Rewards terms of service.  We strongly urge you to use search in good faith, and your rewards account will automatically be restored upon improvement.     When I contacted Microsoft Rewards they accused me of using a bot. It's just little old me using my fingers to type a question into the search bar and clicking on search.

    Is it possible that someone has hacked my account?

    What is really frustrating I keep getting emails from Microsoft Rewards to redeem my rewards -- then they won't let me!!!!@

    Ohh Thanks for your reply btw I want to reedem my Amazon gift card and the reason was same of getting ban but i should be recovered cause I have stopped that a month ago Idk when it will recover but thank for your response! Nice to meet you!
