What do I need to do to fix this??

I can't find any topics or helpful articles about this happening...

    There is a chance that you won't get your account back, we can't know in how many days I and you will get our accounts back without being restricted, because they say that upon improvement on using the bing search the accounts will automatically be restored.

    No, my account is still restricted. I just suggest you to contact support and like don't use bots for searches and spam random letters in the search bar
