My confirm reward button doesnt work on microsoft reward how do i fix it?

I am on chrome (always have been) and have tried others e.g. Mozilla Firefox; even tried incognito. Can't even get the tel number I have always used. Was once told a landline would work, but that was also a "no-go." It tries to tell me the landline is VoIP, which it is not. I have to ask to borrow someone else's cell phone, which is what I have always used and always worked. I've been trying to redeem since January 2024.

In May got a step-by-step answer--it didn't work. Was told if any further questions to contact, I did--no response. In July, I got another response with step-by-step instructions which did not work either. Was encouraged to email back if further questions--NADA!

Then, when I tried support again, it goes to the "community" and any suggestions here have not worked. Or, the responses are related to RoBlox, which I am not at all interested.

I have over 38,000 points and on a fixed income. The Amazon eGift cards have always bee helpful to help with holiday gifts, etc.

i had the same problem and i tried to sign on on chrome and when i redeemed it acctually worked! try this

PC hasn't worked even after trying multiple browser.; Chromebook laptop hasn't work. Nextbook tablet doesn't work. ONN tablet doesn't work. . . .tried various browsers on them all. From Jan to May, multiple microsft support people would give me a list of steps and tell me to email back if further questions. The invite to email if further questions never got answered in May, June or July--all this year 2024. Then, I started getting responses from this Microsoft community for which I have tried what others have tried and worked--NADA! I have accrued over 35,000 pts and would really like to have the rewards as on a fixed income and Christmas is coming. . .Guess God has a reason. . . .

okay so I logged on to my Microsoft rewards account after like a year because it stopped working, like you said the confirm order button glitches, but after like 3 hours non stop of using different browsers, making a new email to change my alias and sluething all over the internet for tutorials and articles to fix it, I figured a way out all by my self. It was quite simple in the end lol. I logged on to Microsoft rewards on my phone through the chrome browser app, and bingo, it lets you send through all your rewards, and doesn't glitch or freeze (as long as you have a good internet connection). I think the Microsoft rewards website just isn't compatible on pcs in some way or something but I hope this helps 😁.
