Why am I not getting rewards points for searches anymore?

Yesterday my searches stopped counting after 90 points and today nothing has counted. Not for PC or mobile. Why aren't searches counting anymore. I'm ready to cancel Game Pass Ultimate, uninstall Edge, and change my default search engine away from Bing.

    Someone told me its because they are making you wait 15 minutes after each 3 searches so people don't get points. So they are apparently doing it on purpose. That's why they don't get back to you when you submit a ticket. I say why not just get rid of the platform if you don't want people to earn. And why not reply and say they made a change or email to people and tell us of the change instead of letting millions of people sit there and wonder why their app isn't working. Millions of people are spending a lot of time unnecessarily trouble shooting when its done on purpose.

    They changed something where searches only count if you wait maybe 20-30 seconds in between each search, I think to keep people from getting all their daily points at once.

    You used to be able to search for something, go to images, and open about 10 tabs and get everything done in 5 minutes for the day but I guess they want to try and force more natural searches for the points.

    Idk why they would try and hide what they are doing because it's obvious the algorithm changed.

    Same here. I've tried waiting 15 minutes, 15 hours or a whole day; nothing. I even get the pop up that says, "way to go. do two more searches and gain 15 bonus points." Yet I don't get any points for any search. I've tried on edge, firefox, safari, mobile safari and the bing app. So, no, it's not the cookies or the biscuits or the cakes (I jest). It's broken and at this point I'm this close to not using bing or the edge browser.

    I've been noticing things breaking with Microsoft Rewards for a while now. They pulled the 1000 bonus points puzzle, before I got to finish it, and replaced it with a prediction game that has never worked for me. I've seen similar complaints here on MS Community, and other places as well.

    I guess with all the tech layoffs, and MS putting all its eggs in the AI basket, whoever was in charge of quality control for Microsoft Rewards was let go.
