Why am I not getting rewards points for searches anymore?

I to have experienced the same issue that Microsoft does not allow me to receive points for PC searches. I have reported it many times and all I get is this same canned response from Microsoft Supportand then they close the issue as if it was resolved.

I have about 25 of these same identical, word for word, responses only from different Microsoft Customer Service and Support people. It's obvious they do not want to fix the issue.

 We would like to inform you that changes were recently made within the search crediting system. No worries though, you'll start earning points after doing a couple of initial searches. Rest assured, the points that you will earn for the day will not be affected, you will still have the capability to earn until you reach your maximum daily earning limit. 
 
Additionally, to make sure that your searches will count and earn points, it's important to note that when using Bing for search, it should be done manually and in good faith for personal research purposes. We urge you to utilize Bing for genuine searches and avoid queries entered by bots, macros, or any other automated means are not in compliance with our guidelines.

I think i figured out how they're working this scam now. They are only allowing up to 20 points per hour and you're cut off. Open up again later and you can earn another 20 points. This is completely ridiculous and very obvious they don't want to pay out but want to leave the illusion nothing has changed. Microsoft is a very evil organiztion ran by frauds, thieves, traitors and just outright despicable lying people. They know they lie and steal. They are lying and stealing from you openly as they say "no we're not." Microsoft and every single one of it's employees are a huge wrong in the world. No other compant can commit such open fraud and theft and get away with. If anyone of us committs the crimes microsoft does, we'd be in jail

You would be correct. They stole 4.00 (my only coupon ever used with them) for a product and their support was all like...send me the receipt from over 2 weeks ago. I showed them a screen shot of the receipt that is in their system on my side and there is no reply. They are stealing and committing fraud at this point.

I have submitted so many support requests and screen shots that I will not do that anymore. I have stopped doing Bing searches and have deleted the Bing app. Microsoft support can go F themselves. They send out the same boiler plate replies asking for the same information over and over. I am done.
