Why is the 100 Robux Option on Microsoft Rewards removed?

The 100 Robux Option is removed, alongside the others up to 800.

Is there any way to regain this offer or is it permanently gone?

    It's back, but for me it says "You have a problem with your account or order." I can't get it. Can someone please tell me how to fix this issue?
