The chat history of Copilot has disappeared.

Well, great to know I'm not alone but this really sucks.

Running into the same issues as everyone else, I log in today and all my chats are gone. I only use my personal account so no chances of being in the wrong accounts. The appearance was set to Light mode even though I always had it to Dark mode so I knew something odd was up with just that but then I see that none of my chats are appearing anywhere.

I assume some bad merge or update disconnected some data.

My trust in this product was rising but this runs that bit of trust into the ground.

Dealing with the same issue for several weeks now, my Copilot chat history is completely gone. There isn't even a link to it listed in the Kebab menu. So far, no response of any kind from MICROSOFT Support. Totally unacceptable considering what we are paying for a tool that's supposed to enhanced productivity.

I've got the same problem and I'm using a personal account but still I can't retrieve some of my chat histories some of them are available some are not and no clue how to find them.

I have tried CoPilot on both windows and Android app. I've cleared cache, log out and login but nothing happened and that chat was important to me so I really need to retrieve it.

The icon on the desktop app that can easily be mistaken for casting/sharing/full-screening your pane does not do any of those things. Instead, it closes your current chat completely - deletes your history - and reopens a new chat in the browser. So helpful...

Curious to see how this unfolds for MS.

Might be, I am only using my work account for copilot and those buttons do not show. I might login with my personal one and see but can only use the work one at work. Frustrating.
