The chat history of my Copilot has disappeared, but I did not delete them.

The setting buttons for "More Creative", "More Balanced", and "More Precise" are all missing now, too.
My chat history is still missing, too.
I'm not on a work or school account. I have signed out and signed back in, and cleared my browser cache.
This new re-design of the UI sucks.
F$%^&*# dam it. Just lost 30mins work. I got distracted on another task and change of screen for 5 minutes! Come back GONE. Cumon Microsoft!!
It sucks especially when my company computer is locked out of Chat GPT. The ony way is to constantly copy paste into word or such, or use my personal pc next to me with ChatGPT eeerrrghhhh!!!!
Totally agree Jaqueline, ChatGPT has it. I dont understand why MS don't especially as I understand it Copilot runs ChatGPT in the backend? I tried asking Copilot also, and where the history button, is and where history is stored but never got an answer that worked not even after installing Copilot Studio as it advised. Still no success.
Same here. I am on a corporate system, which has now blocked ChatGPT and forced us into Copilot. What the heck- try and learn it....but :( I have no idea what the organizational settings/options are. I don't even know what the history button looks like because its never been there from day one. I can't uninstall and reinstall as its all head office controlled. Today it just timed out and ceased the conversation during one of my shorter breaks from my desk. I had to copy/paste to a docx. Clunky AF. I presume no one has found work arounds or answers yet?
I see. You may follow these steps to view your chat history:
Open Copilot > Click on the Chat history button at the top of the Copilot side pane >
Click on the chat you wish to go back to under the "Recent activity"
