I noticed my goal 200 robux goal was removed, and when I searched it up it was gone, I was wondering if it has been removed or if it was just me since I have been having quite a few issues with rewards recently.

When and if Microsoft decide to add the option back in your region, it will be added.
Microsoft do not give advanced notification of when it will be available or any indication of how long it will be unavailableRemember that the rewards are something for free just for using Bing, there is no entitlement to any reward, Microsoft can change it or remove it whenever they want.
