    Yes I've been having the same problem and I feel like I wanna forget it but I'm just a kid I don't make much money so this was my only option to get stuff but to tell me my microsoft acount is restricted for searching bad things which I did not do is not fair to me cause I earned all 3000 points to get 200 robuxs and now I got to wait and see what happens this was not fair I wasted all my time in 136 days just to get robux that now I can't get

    Does anyone actually know how to fix this issue, it happened to me and i attempted to send a customer ticket but i have had no responses and then the 2nd time i attempted to send a support ticket, it said the problem was 'us, not you'.

    Same here for just about the same length of time (about 8 years). I was just about to redeem today when I got a message that I had to enable my location in order to redeem my points. Allowed my location, went to Redeem then got the Microsoft Rewards account temporarily restricted message with no other explanation. I'm seriously annoyed right now.
