Why is 200 robux option isn't available in microsoft rewards?

I have redeemed the 100 option and the 200 option long ago and i wanted to redeem the 200 robux option but it says its unavailable and the 100 robux is also unavailable .

    exactly, its almost been a whole month and im almost at 3k for 200 robux.
