I think i am on a cooldown but there is no messages to suggest that i am? Many years of doing the same thing and nothing and now it seems i can only search 3 times in 15 minutes. Do they not tell you if you are on cooldown?
contacting support just generates an AI response saying "tough"

It is back for me as well. So annoying Microsoft. I'm about to stop using Bing, Edge and drop the entire thing. Get your act together on this reward thing already. "Browsing too fast"? What counts as browsing too fast? I think you need to define this Microsoft. Joke.
it just came back for me today, im using rewards for more than 400 days straight and almost half of this time had cooldown, witch really SUCKS
