I was doing my daily searches on my computer. I finished 30 searches, which means I should have 150 points. When I checked, I only got 35. I also discovered that Microsoft removed the Edge reward points. On my rewards page, there's no circle for edge. And on my phone, it says 0/0 for Edge. So is Microsoft trying to lower opportunities or is this just a bug? Or maybe this is because of spam searches? It is for everyone or just me. This really has me frustrated and I need answers.

I think we should keep this going, and maybe there's other threads like this... but this could be made MUCH simpler! Encourage us to use Bing; I like it as a search engine, but I shouldn't have to be limited to when I use it, how often, etc. to earn Rewards.
I have the same issues too since October 2023 Microsoft Rewards has not been working properly on my computer, tablet, mobile, and Xbox consoles from Microsoft Rewards app and Microsoft Edge browsers. I hope they can. Fix this issue soon in earning points and redeem the points because is still not working yet.
I even send feedback issue on the browsers apps and devices too.
Please do the following to get back your points set up.
Above, in your top task bar, or menu, go to 'extensions', then click on 'manage extensions' and then turn on the bing browser, that will restore your bing page the way you were used to, and your points will re-appear at the top.
I know, some #&$%*^ at MS had to go and ruin things, but now you've got it back.

Standard response they're sending everyone. They don't offer to make the correction and award points. This is no solution.
