If you get any response from Microsoft at all, it will likely be an email asking for more information. If you respond (or if you don't) you will never hear anything again from them on the subject. I've been waiting for over a year for a response on this issue --- which has gone away for me (for the moment) but which still seems to be causing problems for others from time to time. Just keep trying. In the meantime, try clearing cache and cookies and disabling any ad/malware blockers. It didn't help me but, like with a Fisher-Price car seat with a steering wheel, you may not accomplish anything but at least you feel like you're doing something.

I had this today (Feb 1st 2024) when trying to redeem a reward in Edge but it worked okay in Brave by pasting the link in.

Perhaps it's an extension causing this issue as I have AdBlock Plus and Malwarebytes in Edge but not in Brave .

I am also having this same issue with the rewards system.
