I spent almost a year building up my points to get robux and now the option has disappeared! I am really sad about this.

2024-11-25T20:25:19+00:00 i have 14,000 points on my account and i have not been able to redeem the robux at all it keeps going to the same screen and never changes i go through and claim it but when it finally says confirm reward it just redoes the page i am in desperate of robux honestly its very annoying and i wish i could just spend the points
