I am not able to view my 1000 points puzzle.

It does not update

Seems like something is broken. Same experience.

I had the same issue. I was working on the third last puzzle piece and then the searches stopped working. I waited 1 week before contacting microsoft with an inquiry and next morning the puzzle game re-appeared in black and white (not color), but puzzle game had no reaction when trying to use it. The next day the blue color came back to the game but still does not work. I received a response from microsoft saying they are looking into this and will get back to me. Still waiting for a response back from them.

So its messed up at the moment, but what I do is keep doing stuff even if it shows all my points messed up, as long as my total points keep going up! If my overall total points don't go up any more after a search, then I know I've reached all my points. Then I screenshot the end of day points to make sure they're still there the next day (just in case though I doubt that will happen... maybe I should use what points I have now)? Come to think of it, did anyone have your autoredeem rewards error at first this month and then it ended up being correct the next day?

And now Laptop is fully messed up, app shows 9 points earned, Chrome Bing page shows 81 and Edge Bing Page shows 21, cant progress either, web connection is stable.

Seriously Microsoft <removed> going on with you.
