It was there the day before yesterday and I had done till week 2 day 6 but when I opened the rewards section on day 7, it was missing. I have already tried clearing of cookies and terminating the app in the task manager but it is still not showing.

my has not worked for over 2 weeks, It displays but is all greyed out and does not update. I was 3 puzzle pieces away. bing rewards lately is buggy and does not count searches like it used to. They also lowered the daily cap from 170 to 150 seems to me they are getting rid of it.
I have the same problem I almost got it at the last jigsaw piece.
Forget how many days it is now, Chrome acctually tricks you into thinking it works but does not change the search number for the puzzle section, it acctually didn't count chrome searches at all the other day but Edge did, edge currently still shows greyed on the puzzle however.
I've no replies to the complaint made direct to rewards support but given they only seem to be giving copy pasted supplies it looks like they aren't bothered still despite the growing number of community, reddit, twitter and FB threads, whoever their implementation team is needs a serious shake up as its only going to put people off.
Exactly my issue. After I posted it was missing, the next day it was back grayed out. Come on Bing!!! These points are the only income my wife doesn't know about!!!
Same problem here, gone couple days after earning 10 puzzle pieces. Today it appeared back but in gray shading, non functioning. Saying You're almost there. No way to accrue points. Shows will be back soon. On this thread bc my mobile reward points are accruing but my laptop pts in bing AND edge will not accumulate. Tried cleaning cache, cookies changing browsers. No work. Been at it all day. 72 pts shy of a reward is that the reason for te stall?
