So yea, the reward support team never replies back, I cannot redeem anything (literally wasted my whole hours on this)

yeah, this is getting beyond ridiculous at this point. the cashback is complete <removed>! they just outright decline cashback offers they're promoting with NO explanation whatsoever! complete rip-off. I'm done with this garbage.
