So yea, the reward support team never replies back, I cannot redeem anything (literally wasted my whole hours on this)
who agrees? this is seriously unbelievable! I thought reward actually works.
and it literally says "Theres an issue with your acc or order" infact, theres no issue with my microsoft account.

I love Microsoft reward. I been member long time . I lean lot stuff and give at point to spend it.

I've also tried but when I press redeem it puts me back to 0 and if I go back to the rewards on my home page it still says I have as many as I already had

For me they did reply to me so maybe it’s just that sometimes Microsoft workers are a bit dumb
