So yea, the reward support team never replies back, I cannot redeem anything (literally wasted my whole hours on this)
who agrees? this is seriously unbelievable! I thought reward actually works.
and it literally says "Theres an issue with your acc or order" infact, theres no issue with my microsoft account.

It's not a scam try again maybe I just got a new gift card I can show you a picture of you want. First you must earn the money with points then you redeem and wait a day then you will get a email with your gift card code.
OR...you can print the gift card immediately, just click on the URL option on the right. It will take you straight to your gift card and you can print from there 👍🏽
yeah it is. I got those gift cards and switched over only to be screwed out of $$/discounts that Coupert would have given. Then I e-mailed support and they closed my case.
I filed with consumer reports and BBB.
