Microsoft Rewards is a scam!

So yea, the reward support team never replies back, I cannot redeem anything (literally wasted my whole hours on this)

who agrees? this is seriously unbelievable! I thought reward actually works.

and it literally says "Theres an issue with your acc or order" infact, theres no issue with my microsoft account.

Any one help please?

I have NOT EVER had a problem with the rewards! It does actually work. But now, it seems MUCH more difficult to accumulate the necessary points. But, it does work. I still have five $25⁰⁰ e-gift certificates to spend!

for me it has worked, even on my school computer i really dont see the issue

EXACTLY💯 I've been doing it for a few years now and ABSOLUTELY NO ISSUES. But...I can no longer claim all the PC or mobile points every day! I've provided feedback with screenshots, but haven't got any replies. Takes much longer to claim the e-gift certificate now.
