So yea, the reward support team never replies back, I cannot redeem anything (literally wasted my whole hours on this)

who agrees? this is seriously unbelievable! I thought reward actually works.

and it literally says "Theres an issue with your acc or order" infact, theres no issue with my microsoft account.

Any one help please?

    You are totally right microsoft rewards is a complete FRAUD - totally dishonest and you cannot get anywhere when you try to speak to one of their drones about microsoft's dishonesty

    Half-agree

    Though the Microsoft rewards can be absurdly unreliable, it still has proven handy to me. For example, Microsoft rewards has allowed me to get a £5 amazon voucher and thousands of Robux (the Roblox money currency). If you're having trouble, I recommend just retrying to claim your reward every 6 hours or so and eventually it's guaranteed to work. :)

    I've redeemed over 20 gift cards from Target, Kroger and Dominos with no issues. I have noticed they're cutting back on the points you can earn for Bing searches and for completing the daily set, however. Not happy about that. :(

    Yes, I use a VPN. Nothing in the Microsoft terms that preclude using a VPN.
