So yea, the reward support team never replies back, I cannot redeem anything (literally wasted my whole hours on this)

and it literally says "Theres an issue with your acc or order" infact, theres no issue with my microsoft account.

I do not think Microsoft realizes the damage they are causing to themselves by having such a poor site. Just received an email advertising in five questions Microsoft can tell me what the right PC solution is for me. I did try it. The five questions did not appear. I will never purchase a tablet nor PC from Microsoft. They just lost a customer for life over their poor "rewards" program. Additionally, ever notice, you cannot use your points to purchase Microsoft tablet/PC. I have to assume their products function as well as the rewards site. That might be the reason they do not offer their own products for rewards redemption.

same here! so frustrating! i'm guessing it's some AI gone wrong that is causing this. can't even get a human to respond, just an automated response that doesn't answer my question.
I am guessing you are correct, as I have read elsewhere an AI algorithm is responsible, I have also read elsewhere the replies are mostly AI also. Others have mentioned it being tough to get a human reply, but I it takes persistence, and if you are too persistent they close your cases immediately.
it 100% a scam they getting all your information and reselling it to other companies. I needed to upgrade my computer ram was saving my points for it, now I cannot redeem $40 gift cards. I highly Not Recommend you not doing Reward. Also the search is horrible.
NO KIDDING...MS are getting your information, they ALL do one way or another...Look for some of the remedies others have posted here and elsewhere like reddit. They work for some, but not for others (like myself.)
