"There is an issue with your account or order."

I have been using Microsoft Rewards for about a year now, and the first time I ever redeemed anything was 7/6/2022. Ever since then, I have been able to redeem rewards properly, and do what I want with my points. At 3/12/2023, this story changed. I went to redeem about 1,500 points, so I clicked what I wanted, entered my phone number, pressed send, and was hit with a white screen that said, "There is an issue with your account or order." Now, I know for a fact there's no issues with my account. So, I tried it again. Same page. I tried it again repeatedly, then decided I was going to contact microsoft. I emailed three times, now four, I have searched this issue up various times, cleared my cache, reset my computer, done about everything on the list. I've tried it on my phone, my iPad, I've tried it on other phones, no avail. I am convinced it was my account, and I really wanted to just make a new account.. But I can't transfer points. Today I finally reached my goal of 6,000 points, and I once again went to redeem and it didn't work. This issue seems to have no resolve, and nobody at microsoft seems to want to email me back. There's no fix as far as I know, and I'm ready to give up. The other day, I uninstalled the browser extension and reinstalled hoping that'd fix it and it didn't. So far I have found no solution, nothing even slightly working. Every time I even remotely managed to put in the order, it cancelled itself. Nobody at Microsoft is listening to my 4 emails, I've checked every folder in search of a response but to no avail. I wanted to try the hotlines, but I could not find a certain product. I tried to import an image, but appears that doesn't wanna work either. Someone from Microsoft Rewards Support, I'd appreciate if you could contact me. I've tried to be patient, but it appears it doesn't want to work any day.

Update, 3/16/23: Still not working. I'll keep updating, though.

Update, 3/28/23: Not working.

I got a reply from Microsoft today telling me that my order for vouchers for the 15200 points I have accumulated has been cancelled because I have not conformed to one or more of a variety of terms and conditions although they don't go into detail. This reply ends by expressing the hope that I will "have a great day!" I honestly cannot see how I have done anything differently from the several other times I have successfully used Rewards and claimed and received vouchers. The reply also appears to suggest that for a mere £10 worth of vouchers I have tried to cheat(that word is mentioned in one of the sins of which I am guilty)Microsoft.I have replied asking for a precise reason for Microsoft's action although I hold out small hope of getting a sensible response as I seem to be dealing with a robot which thinks giving humans bad news makes them look forward happily to having a great day.Needless to say, unless this situation is resolved and I get my vouchers,my days of using anything connected to Microsoft are over.

    Clearly more than a few.

Tbh now it's just looking like MR is trying to back pedal from paying their users. It's really sad.

I apologize; we are also members of the rewards program, and we don't have access to any member personal information. If they confirm that your account has no issue, they should be able to give a response and fix the issue.
