"There is an issue with your account or order."

I have been using Microsoft Rewards for about a year now, and the first time I ever redeemed anything was 7/6/2022. Ever since then, I have been able to redeem rewards properly, and do what I want with my points. At 3/12/2023, this story changed. I went to redeem about 1,500 points, so I clicked what I wanted, entered my phone number, pressed send, and was hit with a white screen that said, "There is an issue with your account or order." Now, I know for a fact there's no issues with my account. So, I tried it again. Same page. I tried it again repeatedly, then decided I was going to contact microsoft. I emailed three times, now four, I have searched this issue up various times, cleared my cache, reset my computer, done about everything on the list. I've tried it on my phone, my iPad, I've tried it on other phones, no avail. I am convinced it was my account, and I really wanted to just make a new account.. But I can't transfer points. Today I finally reached my goal of 6,000 points, and I once again went to redeem and it didn't work. This issue seems to have no resolve, and nobody at microsoft seems to want to email me back. There's no fix as far as I know, and I'm ready to give up. The other day, I uninstalled the browser extension and reinstalled hoping that'd fix it and it didn't. So far I have found no solution, nothing even slightly working. Every time I even remotely managed to put in the order, it cancelled itself. Nobody at Microsoft is listening to my 4 emails, I've checked every folder in search of a response but to no avail. I wanted to try the hotlines, but I could not find a certain product. I tried to import an image, but appears that doesn't wanna work either. Someone from Microsoft Rewards Support, I'd appreciate if you could contact me. I've tried to be patient, but it appears it doesn't want to work any day.

Update, 3/16/23: Still not working. I'll keep updating, though.

Update, 3/28/23: Not working.

Some are saying its a scam but I don't think it's deliberate as some years back I did manage to redeem some points and it's hard to think MS are deliberately trying to scam multiple small amounts. of Amazon vouchers. However from my and other experience Microsoft support are very slow to respond, have asked me twice for the same screenshots, and I've been waiting six or so weeks for a solution. Last communication said they are working to provide. . Still hoping. Trying other devices and browsers, clearing settings etc don't work. If anyone else has a solution that works, that will be appreciated please. The withdrawing of chat or phone support to try and get a proper dialogue, is most unhelpful.

I want to delete all accounts on the following emails and I will set up again later from scratch.

    Remove Microsoft email accounts:

    d_ ******@sky.com

    ******@gmail.com

It only way to stop all this email account following other email, as I have said before it is all me with 2 emails and only using one Microsoft account. Clue is in the email accounts and my name and second name.

No wonder many accounts have this problem in Microsoft messages board.

Microsoft are not looking for any"solution"because they believe they don't have a problem and that everyone who complains on this site is in fact using fraudulent methods to try to claim Reward points to which they are not entitled but have been caught red handed. It seems that we are all scammers, and no appeals to the contrary will be entertained.I have contacted them three times trying to prove that I am innocent but came up against a brick wall of indifference and refusal each time.I have also used One Poll which operates in the UK and the US for a few years now to answer surveys and gain points which can be redeemed for cash when sufficient have been accumulated. They don't have a problem with the way I use their website and I receive a cash bonus three or four times a year for answering interesting survey questions.
