Bluetooth Issues Since Surface Updates - 5 August 2021

The Bluetooth on my Surface Pro (5th Gen) has not been working properly since the Surface Firmware Updates this morning. I have to restart to get it to work and then it only works properly for about 5 minutes. I have tried rolling back and reinstalling the Marvell driver. Also the Bluetooth troubleshooter doesn’t fix it. Running that troubleshooter causes Bluetooth to completely stop working. Will you please fix this urgently as it is a major issue for me?

Many thanks Jerry, but I don't have KB5004331 in my update history.

Unfortunately I also do not have KB5004331 in my update history.

I've been wondering if anyone has attempted to attached an external usb bluetooth adapter to see if that works? Mostly because I had to go out and buy a keyboard/mouse combo yesterday that connects via dongle and I hate it. Why do they make everything so big these days?? And since it's not true bluetooth, I find it's not as responsive either :-(

Has microsoft even responded to any of these complaints yet? It's been over a week now. This is nuts.

Thanks GF. No, I don't have a USB dongle. I seem to lose the connection to my mouse more than anything, so I've bought a USB mouse to get me through. There's nothing like a bit of retro-tech is there? Anyway, no response, fix or comment from Microsoft, which is extremely disappointing as this must be affecting many SP5, 6 and 7 users.

I gave up and am now using my docking station with USB keyboard, USB headset, USB mouse :-( Kept getting disconnected mid-Zoom meeting! Hoping at some time Microsoft will fix this. Or they are trying to make us all buy new Surfaces...

Surface Pro 7 and have the same problem. BT keyboard/mouse is ok but once i connect to a BT speaker or headset i lose my BT connection; time varies but losing BT connection is a given. I've tried everything known to man...

MSFT needs to come up w/ something. I'm losing my mind.
