Same here, been having this problem for months and was hoping there was a fix at the end of this thread. 😕
Bluetooth Issues Since Surface Updates - 5 August 2021
The Bluetooth on my Surface Pro (5th Gen) has not been working properly since the Surface Firmware Updates this morning. I have to restart to get it to work and then it only works properly for about 5 minutes. I have tried rolling back and reinstalling the Marvell driver. Also the Bluetooth troubleshooter doesn’t fix it. Running that troubleshooter causes Bluetooth to completely stop working. Will you please fix this urgently as it is a major issue for me?

2021-11-12T03:22:30+00:00 The most confusing part of this whole thing is that the BT radio adapter isn't fully broken -- everything works just fine for what seems to be a random amount of time after a startup (or, sometimes, a wake from sleep)... and then after things were humming along perfectly, the adapter just disappears. This makes it very clear to me that it's not a hardware or driver issue but is the software itself and should therefore be fixable.
What a frustrating situation.

2021-11-12T06:50:32+00:00 I ended up buying a USB adaptor bit so I can have 3 USB ports and a Bluetooth dongle in it which has sorted the problem. Only cost me £25 but the adaptor is a clunky thing attached the side of my surface which I don't like.

My Surface Pro 2017 LTE received drivers 10/26. I don't know if these drivers fix the issue as I don't really use Bluetooth devices with this computer. And there are no release notes. Hopefully Microsoft will release these drivers for all Surface devices with the Marvell chipset and hopefully there is a fix included.
