The Bluetooth on my Surface Pro (5th Gen) has not been working properly since the Surface Firmware Updates this morning. I have to restart to get it to work and then it only works properly for about 5 minutes. I have tried rolling back and reinstalling the Marvell driver. Also the Bluetooth troubleshooter doesn’t fix it. Running that troubleshooter causes Bluetooth to completely stop working. Will you please fix this urgently as it is a major issue for me?

There is a good tutorial on Hide or Show Windows Updates in Windows 10 | Tutorials (tenforums.com) - use this to hide a specific driver.
Barb, I agree, if this works. I tried this or something like it some time back and could not get it to work.
Would someone please, if you get this to work, append your experiences with it. I'm not going to try it since my SP6 BT is working now, nice and stable, with driver updates turned off.
I'm having exactly the same problem described here. I can't do the roll-back on the driver because my group policy is managed by my group (workplace) and so I can't stop the updates.
My workaround was to disable the Marvell Bluetooth Adapter and to plug into the USB port a TPLink dongle. That uses a generic driver -- and is more or less stable.
But now I don't have the use of the USB port. And for some reason, when I put in a USB multiport and plug the dongle into that, it doesn't work.
This is really subpar -- and all the responses folks show from Microsoft don't acknowledge the pattern and the need to address it. You'd think they'd roll out a fixed driver ASAP.
Quite frustrating.
Surface Pro 6 user, exact same problem. Tried everything, even full wipe, still happening.
Bluetooth crashes still after more than a month. ITS YOUR OWN DEVICE, MICROSOFT!!!!

kind of painful because i cannot use my bluetooth mouse from microsoft. i have tried a lot of things even moving to windows 11 but the problem happen again...
anyone have heard something from microsoft ?\i am really surprise that i do not see any reaction...
