Bluetooth Issues Since Surface Updates - 5 August 2021

The Bluetooth on my Surface Pro (5th Gen) has not been working properly since the Surface Firmware Updates this morning. I have to restart to get it to work and then it only works properly for about 5 minutes. I have tried rolling back and reinstalling the Marvell driver. Also the Bluetooth troubleshooter doesn’t fix it. Running that troubleshooter causes Bluetooth to completely stop working. Will you please fix this urgently as it is a major issue for me?

"We have successfully logged your escalation and we have this case  # 1027548098 in reference for the urgent escalation I submitted to Higher Support to  have your case be investigated thoroughly.

"I  also documented everything properly so it will be easier for Higher Support to review your case and I even sent you an email follow-up as assurance that we can keep an open communication that way you're not left hanging on this case and you already have a representative who will check on your case, and whom you can always email in case you have questions or clarifications."

    I got the email BTW

"Now, you're definitely assured that you have me who will be taking care of your case and all you need to do is wait for some one from Higher Support to contact you as soon as possible within the next 24-48 hours."

"Rest assured that this case will be my top priority and I've  already handled many cases before which got resolved with the help of our dedicated Higher Supports."

Me: I'll be waiting. Along with the thousands with the same problem

I bought a USB Bluetooth adapter (5.0), installed it, and uninstalled/disabled my built-in Bluetooth. It's working fine, but I resent having to do this because of software glitches. Please patch this problem soon; I just have a strong suspicion that this is the result of Windows 11.

Many thanks again for your persistence, dave2013, and all the time you must have spent on the issue. I’m sticking with using wired devices just now, until MS fix the issue. Hopefully, with the escalation, that will be sooner rather than later.
