Maybe we need to open a complaint?
Bluetooth Issues Since Surface Updates - 5 August 2021
The Bluetooth on my Surface Pro (5th Gen) has not been working properly since the Surface Firmware Updates this morning. I have to restart to get it to work and then it only works properly for about 5 minutes. I have tried rolling back and reinstalling the Marvell driver. Also the Bluetooth troubleshooter doesn’t fix it. Running that troubleshooter causes Bluetooth to completely stop working. Will you please fix this urgently as it is a major issue for me?

2021-08-25T11:33:58+00:00 What do you mean by opening a complaint. I'm not sure I know about that possibility. This is my first major issue with my microsoft device. Appart from the Hub and this place is there anywhere else we can write to them?

2021-08-25T11:50:59+00:00 Code (43) if I remember correctly. I did the one fix where I switched to the Generic Bluetooth Adapter. I think I am on a good roll. Only lost it once in the last half of the day.

2021-08-26T06:52:51+00:00 Update 8/26/2021 - I stopped rebooting my Surface Pro 2017 and my BT devices would randomly reconnect. As of this typing my MS mouse and generic earbud and connected but when I went through this exercise yesterday after less than 10 minutes I lost connectivity. The weird thing is this is without any involvement on my part whatsoever, the BT is turning off and on without my involvement. Next move Microsoft - if you are trying to convert MS fanboys into Apple fanboys you are doing a pretty good job.
