No, I would not use the reproduce my issue in your case. I've seen one case where a paid agent recommended rolling back to the older driver Bluetooth Broken on Surface Pros Since August 2021 Updates - Microsoft Community and I have unsuccessfully tried to find out if this is a known issue. I would think this issue should be easy enough for them to reproduce, but who knows how long it will take. They rarely officially acknowledge bugs with Surface devices until they have a fix in testing.
What concerns ME is that the WiFi model Surface pro 5th gen 2017 is supposed to stop getting driver and firmware updates in 2 months or so from now. There is only so much *I* can do as I am a volunteer..
