The Bluetooth on my Surface Pro (5th Gen) has not been working properly since the Surface Firmware Updates this morning. I have to restart to get it to work and then it only works properly for about 5 minutes. I have tried rolling back and reinstalling the Marvell driver. Also the Bluetooth troubleshooter doesn’t fix it. Running that troubleshooter causes Bluetooth to completely stop working. Will you please fix this urgently as it is a major issue for me?

You’re stuck, I’m sad to say.
Stick with what you’ve got, exchange it for a replacement configured exactly the same (and pay big bucks for the privilege) and thus likely to fail, or buy a new computer.
Hi Everyone
Im having the same issues as well and like many users its driving me insane. Is there a solution or are we stuck with this?

I’m sure their ability to do what they’re doing is embedded in some fine print somewhere.
That said, I’m with you. MS broke my computer, not me.
Is this legal? My Surface Pro 6 has no working Bluetooth since August and I can't use it the way I expected when I purchased it.
I would have never picked a device with no Bluetooth, I would have chosen an Asus .
Imagine if Microsoft sold cars and told its customers: "We can't solve the problem we created, deal with it or get a new car".
This is not acceptable.
