Microsoft Surface Book Class Action Lawsuit

My Surface Book has also suffered the dreaded swollen battery that has caused the bottom of the keyboard to delaminate.  The swollen battery is making my $3,000 Surface Book a dangerous hazard due to the possibility of fire and explosion. After many hours of extreme frustration talking to Microsoft Support, I am so upset.  Is there a class action lawsuit for this issue?

    Here's the problem with trying to sue Microsoft. They are big enough and rich enough to squash any lawyer who gives it a try unless that lawyer represents an Apple or HP, etc. Just ask the Federal government. I would be willing to join a class action as I am now in MS Support hell. My Surface Book is still working fine, but I leave it plugged in all the time, and now that the window is bulging out, I never undock it. I see a new laptop in my future, but as I told Support the other day, it ain't gonna be a Surface or any other MS product.

    I will gladly join a class action lawsuit. My Surface pro four is just a few months past the three year replacement option and all they want to give me is 200 so I can buy another piece of junk from them. I’ve had all my computers much longer than three years and they’re still working great and I paid $1500 for this and I’m extremely extremely upset. I would happily join of Flickr gate class action suit

    I paid less than that to get a battery and a new screen and replace them myself. Go on amazon. Buy what ever needs replacing and you're back up and running without needing to send in the machine to get it reimage.
