Microsoft Surface Book Class Action Lawsuit

My Surface Book has also suffered the dreaded swollen battery that has caused the bottom of the keyboard to delaminate.  The swollen battery is making my $3,000 Surface Book a dangerous hazard due to the possibility of fire and explosion. After many hours of extreme frustration talking to Microsoft Support, I am so upset.  Is there a class action lawsuit for this issue?

    I will gladly join a class action lawsuit. My Surface pro four is just a few months past the three year replacement option and all they want to give me is 200 so I can buy another piece of junk from them. I’ve had all my computers much longer than three years and they’re still working great and I paid $1500 for this and I’m extremely extremely upset. I would happily join of Flickr gate class action suit

    I am on my 2nd surface book (original) that now has a bulging screen...again.

    I'm trying to contact support, but keep getting led round in circles on the webpage.

    Does anyone have a telephone number I can use to get in contact with support?

    I do not know of any attorney interested yet. I contacted one. It seems he didn't feel at this point it was something he could handle. I got no help for my ruined Surface Pro 4 from Microsoft. I was forced to purchase the Pro 7 in order to continue with my work. Please let me know if there is any further news of a class action.
