Surface Pro 2.5 i5 4300U 1.9 Ghz 2.5 Ghz

I did not experience this on my original SP2, or the SP1.  I have 4 co-workers in my department with a mix of sp1/2's, none of them experience this either and we all use various bluetooth mice, and we are network engineers so we would have noted pretty quickly if we were having issues, especially since we have to transfer large pcap files all the time.

The WIFI/BT module is the exact same as the previous SP2, hardware ID's match up exactly, this was just a minor CPU upgrade bump, nothing else.

I can't understand this new. I bought my sp2 one week ago, I paid a considerable amount of money and now I realise that my product is not the best product. Well, if I pay for the best I want the best.

I am thinking about returning my sp2 because I am very disappointed. I have been reading news about the new processor and now I'm convinced that the differences between both processors are considerable.

It's hard for me to understand this change, only after two months of the releasing of a product. And done in this silent way. In my opinion it's a shame.

I hope Microsoft do something in order to compensate the early adopters of sp2. As soon as I confirm that the new sp2 will be in Spain I will return my Sp 2.

So why am I stuck with a firmware fried SP2 and no means to get it replaced. I have been on the phone with support for 15+ hours and my card has been charged 3 times and they don't know why the system won't process my replacement

My wife just gifted me a 128GB Surface Pro 2. She got it from bestbuy, because all 3 microsoft sores in my area were sold out. Does anyone know if I could possibly return it and ask for the new upgraded version with the 1.9ghz processor?

There is nothing wrong with my SP2, but it cost almost 1,100 to find out 5 days later there is a quicker one out. I do play games on my surface pro  and to me the extra 300ghz makes a huge difference in terms of FPS etc. Any feed back would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
