Surface Pro 4 Pen needs to be re-bluetooth paired after waking up/turning on surface

Hello, 

My surface pro 4 pen needs to be re-paired via bluetooth after the computer has been sleeping/hibernating in order for the eraser button to function when clicked.  It still shows up as a connected device in the bluetooth settings, and still writes properly even when the eraser button does not work.  After removing the pen from the list of connected devices and re-pairing, everything seems to work properly but this is obviously inconvenient. Thanks for any help you can offer!

    I'm afraid the Surface Support team was contacted multiple times and while they acknowledged the issue, they did not come back with any solution. Can you please contact the technical team responsible for this and ask for an update? It's unacceptable that **your engineers can't fix a problem that was reported in October - that is 5 months ago!**We, as your clients, need to know if it's a hardware issue that can't be fixed, so we can ask you to give our money back, or will you finally do something about it.

    Yeah nevermind. Probably didn't hibernate properly after I changed the settings. :S

    => We still need a solution for this issue!!!

    Nope, Vincent. It doesn't seem to work.

    Pen, in Surface Pro 4, it's simply a bad hardware/software implementation. And Microsoft seems to understimate the value of this fail.

    I buy a device by Microsoft with a pen by Microsoft and it must work in any condition.
