my control key is broken

    Hi, is there anybody happen to this issue? My control key is broken after 10 months. I am a developer, I seldom use mouse, I often use the keyboard, like ctrl+arrow, ctrl+tab, ctrl+F4, ctrl+W, ctrl+alt+L, ctrl+shift+E, and so on. It's about more then 500 times I click the control key each day.

    China ms has changed a new keyboard for me last year, and the control key is broken again after 10 months. And the refuse change it again for me.

That's np, the real problem is even they change a new one for me, the control key will be broken again after 10 months.

    I guess the keyboard material is not good enough for me to click it more then 500 times each day.

    Surface book is really a good product, I really hope it will be perfect, I like surface book II, too.

    Hello,

    I have the same problem with the Ctrl key broken on two Surface Books. 

    Let's join to make Microsoft be aware of this design issue which is out of warranty right now.

    I also hope Microsoft will fix it.

    But the support reaction is always the same, they do not want to see the problem so they cannot fix it unless we boost their perception that IT IS A REAL PROBLEM.
