I have a SB3 connected to a Surface Dock which has FullHD touch monitor, USB keyboard and mouse connected to it. I have used this setup without any issues for over 2 years with Surface Laptop 1.
With the SB3 the keyboard and mouse 'stutter' meaning characters are lost or autorepeat due to missing down or up codes. Mouse motion ceases then resumes.
I have a video of the mouse re I continuously move the mouse in a circle

I have tried plugging the mouse into one of the SB3 USB ports and get the same result.
I know others have seen this problem. It should be easy to reproduce. Can someone from Microsoft try this please.
This looks to be a level USB message handling problem. Note that the USB is not unloading.

Not a fix, I still get stutter.

I have just installed the update and have reverted to old set up with k/m connected via USB to Dock rather than via BT-500.
I have tried hammering the USB and so far I haven't seen the stutter but only time will tell.

A client of mine, with around 35 Surface Book 3 connected to Surface Dock 2, with USB mouse and keyboard having the same experience. Several times during a working day, the keyboard freezes on a single kkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkey :-(
Or hangs on the Delete-button in the Outlook Inbox and deletes several emails instead of just the one :-(
Windows 10, version 20H2
Surface Book 3 - drivers and firmware: 20.101.10165.0.
Surface Dock 2 should be on latest firmware, since it updates through Windows Update.
We have tried unplugging monitor, mouse and keyboard from dock and work directly on Surface Book 3 and just use Dock as power supply and LAN connector, and there is no problem.
Something is freezing in those USB-ports!
