Surface Book 3 - external keyboard and mouse

I have a SB3 connected to a Surface Dock which has FullHD touch monitor, USB keyboard and mouse connected to it.  I have used this setup without any issues for over 2 years with Surface Laptop 1.

With the SB3 the keyboard and mouse 'stutter' meaning characters are lost or autorepeat due to missing down or up codes.  Mouse motion ceases then resumes.

I have a video of the mouse re I continuously move the mouse in a circle

I have tried plugging the mouse into one of the SB3 USB ports and get the same result.

I know others have seen this problem.  It should be easy to reproduce.  Can someone from Microsoft try this please.

This looks to be a level USB message handling problem. Note that the USB is not unloading.

A fix for this issue is now available through Windows Update. Please review the Surface Book 3 Update History page.

Ok. I am almost positive it is a Bluetooth issue. So I can consistently create and remedy the error by disabling the Bluetooth adapter in the device manager. I can make the problem Worse when connecting another Bluetooth device. I have shown this to be the case for both Bluetooth keyboards and "dongle" keyboards. So for the s#!t$ and giggles of it I went out and bought an external $20 Asus Bluetooth adapter. Disabled the onboard adapter and started using the external Bluetooth adapter and so far...  problem solved. I am using an SB3 (13.5in, I7, 32ram, 512GB), SD2, Mircosoft sculpt keyboard and mouse, Dual Lenovo monitors, and BT surface headphones. The only change is the Asus BT adapter and the computer function as desired. I suspect this has to due with the 2.4 GHz frequencies? I hope this is the fix, cause I love the idea of this device but if it doesn't work I am going back to a Dell.

Update: Replaced USB Wired RGB mechanical keyboard and RGB gaming mouse to old wired basic USB keyboard and mouse. It is a lot better. The low power state is not sufficient to power the RGB lights and/or High DPI mouse?

As far as I can see, Microsoft is not even able to comment this thread... Obviously nobody cares a ****. So just get a refund for this crappy piece of hardware called SB3. Retour SD2 and never buy a Microsoft product again.

The only thing you can do now. I didn't buy it myself - but if did so... this would be the way.
