Surface Book 3 - external keyboard and mouse

I have a SB3 connected to a Surface Dock which has FullHD touch monitor, USB keyboard and mouse connected to it.  I have used this setup without any issues for over 2 years with Surface Laptop 1.

With the SB3 the keyboard and mouse 'stutter' meaning characters are lost or autorepeat due to missing down or up codes.  Mouse motion ceases then resumes.

I have a video of the mouse re I continuously move the mouse in a circle

I have tried plugging the mouse into one of the SB3 USB ports and get the same result.

I know others have seen this problem.  It should be easy to reproduce.  Can someone from Microsoft try this please.

This looks to be a level USB message handling problem. Note that the USB is not unloading.

A fix for this issue is now available through Windows Update. Please review the Surface Book 3 Update History page.

Sorry I didn't get to it yesterday -- I'm on hold with them now. Wish me luck!

I really get your point and actually I hope that a driver update could solve this issue someday. But the thing is there are so many issues that should be solved with a driver update (USB, sound, screen, charger, Bluetooth, etc.) that it becomes very annoying to spend time on the surface book 3... Maybe I'm just too unlucky to have a brand new SB3 with all these issues and I hope someday Microsoft will be able to solve these issues, but for now, I get the SB3 on the first day of release, for the first time after a laptop purchase, I feel robbed... I really consider to sell mine and go to apple actually...
