I tried that, but you get the web link and not the image. That same feature is in the current suites as well and actually can come in handy for some things such as linking the text report to a particular picture within the document.
Web images, by the way, do copy/paste very well in WordPro, Freelance, and Lotus 1-2-3. Text also copies well also.
I will be keeping the suite around. Windows 10 on the tablet is an experiment right now and have a near future option of continuing that "experiment" with more future builds beyond the RTM version, or to just go ahead and finalize it with the final version.
The final version, by the way, should be coming out close to noon or earlier on July 29th.
You should already have an update on your Windows 8.1 systems that post a message in the Windows Update box for you to reserve your copy of Windows 10. I would do that because it is FREE for the first 12 months. After that, I think I saw the price of Windows
10 Pro for $189! I think FREE is a whole lot better and the plug will be pulled from Windows 8.1 in the near future beyond Windows 10 distribution. You are going to end up getting it anyhow.
I will experiment more with the OLE linking and 'may' get the image to appear in the frame in WordPro. I have seen it done once before but that was a long, long, long, time ago.
It is not a bad choice of a suite - in fact, one of the best ever put out. And the price of it originally was $256 for the complete suite always. It was affordable. FREE now!
