Iexperienced this problem this morning on my Surface Pro 2.  After being connected at a coffee shop, shutting down and rebooting at work I tried to connect to the wireless connection at work and am also getting the "no connection available".  I get the same network icon and red X.

When I troubleshoot I get "The Marvell AVASTAR Wireless Composite Device adapter is experiencing driver- or hardware-related problems"

Any help greatly appreciated.

I was connected to wifi at home just fine in the morning and then when I went to access it in the afternoon, it isn't working.  I verified others at my home were able to connect when I couldn't.  I am getting the "no connection available" at work as well.  When I troubleshoot I get "The Marvell AVASTAR Wireless Composite Device adapter is experiencing driver- or hardware-related problems."

I have had my surface for a year and have just started experiencing this problem.  Please help!

Fixing the absence Marvell hardware Avastar N350 restarting of Surface, Pro and Pro2.

Pardon the invasion of the field, but felt a duty alerting anyone, like me, with obvious problems in WIFI card no longer detected in the process of restarting, I think I've found a temporary solution to the problem, waiting for solution from Microsoft: computer Management -> services and Applications, disable all services in the description of which is the reference to 'Hyper-V. In the reboot Marvell will not disappear anymore, as well as the Bluetooth! I hope this helps, it works for me ... greetings to all.
