Surface earbud - Charging issue.

Curious new issue.  Following my earlier post in another thread about the discharge disparity, when my right earbud finally went to 0% and the left was still at 60% per the Surface Audio app on my Surface Pro 6,  I decided to put the right earbud ONLY in the charging case and plugged it into my Surface Pro 6 since the case light was showing red.  I left it that way (with the left earbud OUT) for about 2 hours.  When the case light went solid white I took the right earbud out of the case and checked the condition on the Surface Audio app and it showed BOTH the right AND the left earbud were charged to 99%.  How did that happen?  How did the left earbud get charged to 99% when it WAS at 60% and was NOT in the charging box?  Very curious!

I updated as soon as I received the earbuds and check regularly, so if they are NOT updated it's not from my not trying to keep them that way.

My right earbud wont charge at all. When I go to the surface audio app it shows the left earbud is at 100% and the right earbud is 0%. The case wont charge my right earbud at all kind of frustrating. I was only able to use the earbuds for half a day since I bought the earbuds

Iface the same issue, the battery on the left lasts much much longer than the righte one.

Will Microsoft fix it or do i Need to send the earbuds back. Seems i am not a single case.

I bought them for the 8 hour battery life of both earbuds, not only one.

    Thx for clarification
